Palette could be better, it just feels like a red tint over her normal colors. Try to choose more dynamic variants to her usual palette (blue/yellow//white/black) to match a shift in tone, rather than this. Maybe a nice orange and violet would've made for good replacements for her body.

Amazing definitino on the muscles! I think the only thing lacking in color is the palette itself, since you're using Legoshi's normal color set rather than something darker and less saturated for a no-sunlit appearance. The rain is simple but effective, maybe a bit TOO simple though.
