Finally.................................... the perfect witch...................... love how you used the colors, and the background doesn't meld with the character, which could be difficult with this character's pallette, definitely this is thanks to the well weighted lineart. Good jorb!

I think if you put a bit more color into the particles floating around her, they would have looked far better. Other than that, looks great!
